The Backstory

In 2011, Jason McAllister (Owner/Operator) decided to hit the streets with a food truck. He hoped to get the name and style of food out to the community and begin catering in San Diego CA.  With the help of Antonio Friscia (Executive Chef – Legal Restaurants), they teamed up to create a diverse, mouthwatering menu. Their focus was to provide catered food made with locally grown and produced ingredients.  The menu changes seasonally and spans different cultures and cuisines.

Since those humble beginnings, Curiocity Catering has grown significantly. Currently, we operate multiple food trucks to provide the ultimate catering experience to the San Diego community.  We focus on weddings, corporate events, and celebrations, where our culinary creations delight attendees and fulfill the needs of the party host at the highest level.

Join us for a Tasting
